Mark W. Fugate, MD, FACS

Dr. Fugate, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), specializes in general and vascular surgery. He joined University Surgical Associates in 2009.

Dr. Fugate has office hours at USA's Surgical Specialties Building every first, second, fourth and fifth Thursday (8:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m.) and  every  third Friday (8:30 – 11:30 a.m.), at USA's Cleveland office on the second Tuesday of each month ( 9:15 – 11:30 a.m.), and USA's Gunbarrel office the first Tuesday of each month ( 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.), and the Crossville office the third Thursday of every month ( 1 – 3 p.m. CST)  and at USA's Dayton office on the third Thursday of every month (9 – 11:30 a.m.). 

He performs procedures at Erlanger Hospital, the Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, Parkridge Hospital, CHI Memorial Hospital and USA's Surgical Specialties Building (SSB).

Dr. Fugate is an assistant professor in surgery, Department of Surgery, for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga.
