Traveling from I-24 W (Kimball, Monteagle, Pelham):

• Take exit 127 from I-24 onto US-64/ TN-50 towards Winchester
• Follow US-64/Veterans Memorial Dr. E for about 14 miles
• Use right lane to take ramp onto US-41A/Cowan Hwy. This becomes S. College St.
• Turn left onto Hospital Rd.
• Follow signs to the Main Entrance parking area
• Upon entering the hospital at the main entrance, take the elevator to level B (Basement)
• Follow signs to Suite K

Traveling from Tullahoma: 

• Take US-41A South
• Turn left onto Bypass Rd.
• Turn right onto US-41A North
• Turn left onto Hospital Rd.
• Follow signs to the Main Entrance parking area
• Upon entering the hospital at the main entrance, take the elevator to level B (Basement)
• Follow signs to Suite K
