Sally Woodward, BSN, RN, CNOR

CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Sally Woodward, a native of the Chattanooga area, joined University Surgical Associates (USA) in 1997 as Clinical Coordinator, where she oversees the day-to-day management of nearly 40 clinical staff members, also serving as nurse for Dr. Benjamin Dart IV.
Sally earned an Associate Degree in nursing from Cleveland State Community College (Cleveland, TN) in 1978, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1990. Sally has brought more than 15 years of experience in perioperative and acute care nursing to her role.
She holds a Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) and is an active member of the Association of Perioperative Nurses (AORN), currently holding the office of President-elect of the local chapter and will serve as a delegate to the national AORN congress.
Sally volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House, BUMC altar care, and the Interfaith Hospitality Network for the Homeless.
