Dr. Kellogg, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), is a general surgeon specializing in hernias and breast disease, as well as a wide range of surgical services relating to the abdomen, including surgery of the gallbladder, stomach and colon. Dr. Kellogg joined University Surgical Associates in August 2014.

Dr. Kellogg has office hours at USA Hixson on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and at USA Dayton every first and third Friday.

Dr. Kellogg performs surgery at CHI Memorial Hixson, Rhea County Medical Center, and Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger.
