DIRECTOR OF REVENUE CYCLE
As Director of Revenue Cycle, Amanda ensures the integrity of clerical intake, surgery scheduling, medical coding, and patient/payer reimbursement. She joined USA in 2014 and leads a team committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients, surgeons, and other stakeholders.
Amanda is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and will complete a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in August 2024.

As Revenue Cycle Manager, Amanda oversees the patient intake, payer relations, and payment reconciliation functions of the practice. She joined USA in 2014 and leads a team committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients, surgeons, and other stakeholders. Amanda is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and will complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in May 2024.
