Sachin V. Phade, MD, FACS, RPVI

Dr. Phade (pronounced Such-een, Fa-day) is board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and specializes in vascular surgery. He is also a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Phade joined University Surgical Associates in August of 2011.

Dr. Phade sees patients at USA's Surgical Specialties Building on Tuesday (10 – noon * every first, third, and fifth Tuesday * and 1-4 pm) and the second and fourth Friday (8:30 – 11:30 am). He also sees patients at USA's Cleveland location on Wednesday (1 – 4 pm). He performs surgery at USA's Surgical Specialties Building, Erlanger, CHI Memorial, Kindred, and Parkridge Hospitals in Chattanooga, and Tennova Healthcare in Cleveland, TN. 

Dr. Phade is an assistant professor of surgery, Department of Surgery, for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga.
