William (Buck) Lyman, MD
Dr. Lyman is a Chattanooga native who specializes in colorectal surgery and is board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS). He joined University Surgical Associates in 2022.
Dr. Lyman has extensive training and experience in all surgical modalities, including minimally invasive and robotic techniques. As a colorectal surgeon, he generally treats diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum, and anus. He cares for a variety of colorectal health issues including cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and benign conditions.
Dr. Lyman sees patients at USA’s Surgical Specialties Building. He performs surgery at Erlanger Hospital, CHI Memorial Hospital, and Parkridge Hospital.
Dr. Lyman is also an assistant professor, Department of Surgery, University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga.
