Dr. Swafford, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) is a general surgeon specializing in laparoscopic surgery as well as hernia surgery. Dr. Swafford joined University Surgical Associates in 2008.
Dr. Swafford has office hours at USA’s Dayton office on Tuesday (8:30-noon), Wednesday (1-5 pm) and Thursday (1-5 pm), and at the Hixson office on every other Wednesday (9-11:30 am). Dr. Swafford performs surgery at Rhea County Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, Erlanger Hospital and CHI Memorial Hixson.
