Dr. Sprouse, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), is a vascular and endovascular surgeon. Dr. Sprouse joined University Surgical Associates in 2004.

Dr. Sprouse has office hours at USA's Surgical Specialties Building Monday (10:30 am - 1:00 am; 1:30 pm - 5 p.m.) and at USA's Cleveland office on the first Friday of every month (9 - 11 a.m.). Dr. Sprouse performs procedures at Erlanger Hospital, the Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, Memorial Hospital, Parkridge Hospital and USA's Surgical Specialties Building (SSB).

Dr. Sprouse is an assistant professor of vascular and endovascular surgery, Department of Surgery, for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga. He also serves as medical director for USA's Vascular Special Procedures group and is medical director of the Vascular Fellow Program.
